Yana works with people to support them through their transitions both professional and personal. She has such a great passion for helping people take control,  focus and attain their vision and greatest human potential.

She comes to this work with experience navigating her personal journey filled with various life transitions.  Not the least of them being making her way to Duluth, MN from Ukraine, through her work and education as a therapist.

This is a great opportunity to get an insight into Yana’s personal philosophy that drives her daily life and where she coaches from.

She shares…

  • Why asking questions is so important to her and her work.
  • What she means when she says she works from a minimalist approach.
  • What is the difference between “change” and “transition”.
  • She even gives us insight to her personal routine to keep herself well and living her best life.
  • Her experience with many cultures and religions to be able to connect with folks all over the world (She coaches in Ukrainian, Russian, English and is working on Spanish.)
  • A tool to help us when we are in a bind and deep in our own challenge.
  • And more!

I believe podcasting will become the most important storytelling medium. Why? because you could access anytime from anywhere. It powerful tool of audio storytelling, we moved through sound – building music, character dialogue and someone accent;)))
Thankful to be part of Wellness Renaissance podcast to share with Judy Breuer and you listeners my personal story how coaching, personal development play big part of life in order to thrive, make goals and dreams reality.

    Thank you!!!
Yes! Podcasting has a unique and powerful place! A freedom of what we cover and talk about for those of us who are independent and not beholden to an over arching agency or company. It is something that can be listened to over and over and for years to come! And, it is real people and their real, unscripted voices. And allows the person to come through and we get to know them in a way, perhaps, that we might not in other mediums!

THANK YOU For your encouragement and for showing up to share yourself. Thank you also for your genuine intent to really be there to help people dust off their best selves and bring them to life… maybe again… maybe for the first time! Bring it on!
