Dr. Mary Louder is a physician in practice for 27 years in family medicine, Osteopathy and Integrative Medicine Holistic Certified.
Mary shares her unique perspective and her story of being very ill and hospitalized with what turned out to be Covid-19. After a year that included losing both of her parents separately and after Covid, she watched her medical practice “evaporate” as her patients were mostly immunocompromised people who couldn’t come to the office.
Why it is so hard to get accurate information with this novel Corona virus. (There is a lot we don’t know… but many are not great with saying “We just don’t know.”)
What can we do as individuals to support our bodies. Mary shares various things we can do and consume to support our body, our cells and every-body. Checking our stress. Also taking care of our allergies and mucus membranes.

We have an “opportunity to observe, adjust and change” as light is shown on systems that are not serving us well. Hope for the future!
