Another great episode! One of the reasons I love podcasts so much is how they live on long after the interview has been done. I had my first hands on introduction to SRI this morning in a session with Dr. Lara Hill. I am a thinker (well, let’s be honest, I’m an over-thinker) and I look to understand the what’s and the why’s behind the things I choose to participate in and do. Translation: not interested in the things of woo. This conversation with Dr. Susan Guillon helped dispel some of the mystery behind the ‘magic’ and soften some of the resistance I’ve been experiencing to fully engage in SRI. I now feel more curious and encouraged to explore the possibilities and practicalities of SRI and the impact it could have in my life. Thank you!
