Stacey is an herbalist and healing touch practitioner. In our conversation she talks about some edible greens, leaves, “weeds”, etc. that we can find growing in our gardens, lawns and on our walks as we end summer and go into fall. What they offer and how they support us, how to collect, dry and use them. She helps US get a start if we want to do it ourselves.
A few things we talked about.
Rose hips, harvesting and using them for tea
Creeping Charlie, (Ground Ivy) and the health benefits
Dandelion
Raspberry leaf
Apples
Chaga
Thyme
Amaranth
Purslane
Go to her website for a great information sheet on amaranth and purslane.
Stacey uses her skills to support people in creating balance in their bodies, their constitution with plants, herbs, etc. Finding that balance helps us feel better daily and our bodies to work more optimally. Stacey has watched and supported people on their journey get to a where they feel much better physically, emotionally and beyond.
