You’ll hear from participants and facilitators from the Faith Haven Apartments workshop here in Duluth’s west end and Peter Hafften who coordinates location, awareness, facilitators and participants in Duluth and the surrounding areas.
A Matter of Balance is one of the 10+ evidence based programs offered here in Duluth and in Minnesota. (Consult google and local agencies if you are looking nationally outside of MN). Some workshops are designed with the aging population in mind. Others support those with chronic pain, chronic disease, diabetes and balance for a broader audience.
Matter of Balance is here to help those growing older who have maybe fallen, have gained a fear of falling or just want a little help with more flexibility, stability and balance so they can be as active and independent as they can for as long as they can.
