Michael and Nicole have VERY different working styles and ways they operate in the world or replenish their energy. They talk about how this made for some very interesting challenges as they came together in business. I think it adds to their skills, teaching ability and flexibility as they train others in leadership and relationship.
They are both John Maxwell Certified Coaches, they do leadership training, DISC Assessment and training and much more! (DISC is a Model of human behavior: how you are wired, interact with people, conflict, how you write goals, fitness programs that fit you, etc.
I had a great time with them learning more deeply about the breadth of the work they do, how passionate they are about helping work places function much more efficiently, and how they help couples and families gain insight to how they can function as a whole with individual great individual differences.
