Hey everyone… I, Judy, am going to be taking some time off of podcast episode production.  First and foremost, my body is letting me know that it needs some regrouping.   So, that is part of what I will be doing… some focus on wellness work and discovery for and of myself.   (WISH me luck!)  I’ll be dong a little bit of training, some focus on exciting work in a new project that I hope to be sharing in the fall… or sooner?? And, who knows what I can discover to make the podcast even better and stronger.

Take care of yourself over this summer!  Enjoy yourself.  Stay safe in your body – however, maybe a little less so in the boundaries of the mind?  🙂  A challenge good for all of us perhaps.
