A peak into the topics we touched on
– The times we are living in… the stress IS REAL
– Setting boundaries.  Things to consider

– Deep breathing…. A tool we have FOR FREE!  One we often forget.
– Seeking connections in this time of Covid, for support.
– The new world of virtual connection… it is throwing us off…. Nicole talks about the stress that is in the virtual connection, VS. in person.   … The new normal? The FOR NOW normal?  AHHH, radical acceptance in practice!

– Good facebook posting practices
– A coping plan…  Ideas for having one… For heightened stress, coping and even just daily living.
– Cognitive self talk and active imagining.
– Checking in with your thinking and the positive re-frame.
– Find the balance… The “BOTH/AND”. Avoid toxic positivity and shaming.
– Lovely stories about saving baby ducks and a wasp!.
– The binary culture… we are more varied than the media “says” we are.
– Trauma and trauma
– Normalizing our feelings…acknowledge,  recognize and allowing without judgment or shame.
– What is REALLY underlying our feelings or stress?
