Michele DeNoble talks Craniosacral Therapy; what is it? How does it benefit the body?

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle form of bodywork that unwinds restrictions in connective tissue and fascia. The overall purpose of this work is to restore balance to the craniosacral system, thereby improving the efficiency and function of the central nervous system. Using gentle compression or distraction, a release is initiated to help the body self-correct or unwind the restriction, working with the natural movement of the related soft tissue and fluids. The whole body is treated.

She also shares a healthy, simple meal and a couple snacks! YUM!
